For more than 20 years we have roasted nuts in our custom built hot air kiln at our Dorset Nuthouse. Each batch is gently roasted, then tumbled with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and our herbs, spices and seasonings. Never seed oils.

From smoky chipotle and rosemary with chilli to sweeter spiced recipes, these are nuts with plenty to say for themselves. Serve alongside drinks, add crunch to a grazing board or offer a jar for customers to take home.
