How Do We Send Your Stuff?

All orders over £100.00 (ex vat) are inclusive of P&P charges. Orders under this have a Small Parcel P&P charge of £7.00 + vat

These delivery rates are to single Mainland UK addresses only – for carriage charges to the Highlands of Scotland, the Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland or Overseas please contact us for specific and weight dependent charges.

We currently only accept orders for UK Shipping and Billing addresses on our website. If you would like to place an international order, please contact us.

So you know, we pack all goods into recyclable cardboard boxes and we also use recyclable paper tape meaning you can fold the lot into your recycling bin once unpacked. We also use paper infill to protect everything so keep your recycling chaps happy and pop that in too (or simply reuse it).

Deliveries

We use a well-known courier to deliver your order and there's no need to select a delivery day or time as we aim to despatch all orders placed before midday by the following day. 

Once it does leave us, your order is sent for NEXT DAY DELIVERY. So if you order today and it's before midday on a Monday, the longest you should wait is until Wednesday.

We deliver nationwide Monday through Friday but we don't despatch orders on Fridays. Please make sure you give us your contact email and best telephone number in case we or our courier partners do need to speak to you.

What If An Item Is Out Of Stock?

We will contact you to discuss a suitable replacement or advise you on lead times.
