Plump Marcona almonds with smoky warmth and a gentle sweetness.
Marcona almonds are rounder and softer than everyday almonds, with a naturally buttery flavour and a delicate crunch. We roast them with hot air at our nut roasting house in Dorset, then tumble them with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, smoked paprika, garlic, coriander and a touch of sugar.
There are no seed oils here. Just richly seasoned almonds with enough sweetness to soften the paprika and keep you reaching back into the jar.
Serve them with a cold sherry, vermouth or beer, add them to an aperitivo board, or roughly crush them over roast peppers and soft cheese.
