A generous bag of sweet heat for bars, restaurants and generous sharing bowls.
Peanuts, almonds and cashews are added to our hot air kiln in Dorset at carefully staggered times, allowing each nut to roast just as it should. We then tumble them with honey, chipotle chilli and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Sweet at first, followed by a gentle smoky warmth.
The 1.5kg bag is useful for replenishing bowls throughout service.
