Peanuts, cashews and almonds are added to the kiln at different times, allowing each nut to roast exactly as it should. Once crisp and golden, they are tumbled with truffle salt, white truffle aroma and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Richly aromatic and made for lingering over, they are particularly good with cold drinks, cheeses and a generous grazing table. A small bowl rarely stays full for long.
