Peanuts, almonds and cashews are hot air kiln roasted at our nut roasting house in Dorset, then tumbled with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, fragrant cinnamon and vanilla. The coating settles into a crisp, lightly caramelised glaze, with no seed oils and just enough sweetness to soften the spice.

Eat them by the handful, scatter them over porridge or yoghurt, or serve with coffee after supper. They are particularly good beside a glass of dark rum.
