Kiln Roasted Nuts – Handmade Quality, Proven Retail Success

 

For over 20 years we’ve been perfecting our own unique way of roasting: small-batch kiln roasting.  Every batch is just 60kg, roasted in our custom built kiln, and always with Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Why does this matter? Because machines can’t tell when a cashew is golden, or when an almond has the right snap. Each nut variety is roasted for a different length of time to bring out the best in flavour and texture, - Marcona almonds need treating differently to peanuts to achieve that buttery crunch, cashews too.  Each nut has it's own set of characteristics and after many years, we know how to treat them. The result is a consistently perfect finish, every time.

Kiln roasting is slower than frying or baking, but it’s worth it. The process brings out natural flavour, and delivers that clean, golden crunch that keeps customers coming back.
