For over 20 years we’ve been kiln roasting our nuts by hand, in small 60kg batches, always with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Each variety is roasted for a different length of time to bring out its best flavour and crunch — a craft process that delivers consistent quality, premium flavour, and proven retail success.
