Sunshine Rosemary & Garlic Whole Olives

A vibrant mixture of whole olives, naturally fermented and then left to marinate in Extra Virgin Olive Oil infused with fragrant rosemary, garlic and rich sun dried tomato. Savoury, aromatic and generous in flavour, with plenty of good oil waiting beneath the olives.

We first tasted this combination in a tiny bar tucked away on the Greek island of Evia. It became one of our original five olive recipes more than thirty years ago and has remained a favourite ever since. A little taste of a Greek summer, prepared by hand in Dorset.

Set the jar on the table with warm bread and a cool glass of something crisp. The olives are also excellent alongside roast chicken, grilled lamb, tomatoes or warm potatoes. Once the olives have gone, use the remaining oil to dress a salad, spoon over vegetables or mop up with bread.
