Sometimes the simplest things are the hardest to do well.
Whole peanuts, cashews and almonds are kiln roasted in small batches until perfectly golden, then lightly dressed with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a careful seasoning of sea salt.
Nothing more. Nothing needed.
Roasting the nuts ourselves allows each variety to reach its ideal crunch and flavour, creating a mix that is rich, deeply nutty and wonderfully satisfying. Simple enough to accompany almost anything, yet good enough to enjoy straight from the pouch.
Made by hand at our Dorset Nuthouse, where we've been roasting nuts for over twenty years.
