Deep purple Kalamata olives with a soft, yielding texture and the rich, fruity flavour that makes this Greek variety so distinctive.

Naturally fermented before being carefully pitted and packed in a light brine infused with Herbes de Provence. The seasoning is deliberately simple, allowing the character of the olive itself to stay firmly centre stage.

Cold brining preserves their deep, wine rich flavour without softening the natural texture. They are unpasteurised and conveniently pitted, ready to eat straight from the jar or to use whenever supper needs something salty and substantial.

Add them generously to a Greek salad, stir them through tomato sauces or scatter over a tray of roasting vegetables. They are equally good with grilled lamb, crumbled feta, warm bread or as part of a simple cheeseboard.
