Red Chilli Harissa 6 x 180g

A fragrant North African inspired chilli paste with red chilli, garlic and smoked paprika. Coriander, cumin and fennel bring earthy depth, while ginger adds a little warmth beneath the chilli.

A spoonful goes a long way. Stir into yoghurt for a marinade for chicken or lamb, brush over cauliflower before roasting, or fold into a simmering tomato sauce. It is particularly good with food cooked over coals, where its spice and smoky notes meet the char of the grill.

For something gentler, swirl a little through labneh or thick yoghurt and serve with roasted vegetables and warm bread.
