Fragrant with basil, gently savoury from Parmesan and rounded with pine nuts, this is a fresh, vibrant pesto with the unmistakable taste of Liguria.
Made for us in Northern Italy with basil, pine nuts, Parmesan, garlic and Extra Virgin Olive Oil, it is left unpasteurised to preserve its lively flavour.
Stir through hot pasta with a spoonful of the cooking water, spread over warm bread or add to roasted vegetables, soups and simple tomato salads. It is also the essential ingredient in our Pesto, Olive and Mozzarella Tear and Share Loaf.
