Cold filtered brine from Greek green olives, clean, salty and deeply savoury. Made for bars and restaurants that like their Martinis properly dirty.
Add a splash to a Dirty Martini or Bloody Mary, or use in dressings, sauces and marinades when a little briny depth is called for.
Supplied in a 1 litre bottle. Made to order with an eight week shelf life. Refrigerate once opened.
