LapSnack Habas Fritas

A little bowl of these rarely stays full for long.

Habas Fritas are fried broad beans, crisp and golden with little more than a scattering of salt. They have a light, brittle crunch and a deeply savoury flavour that makes them remarkably difficult to leave alone.

Tip them into a bowl with something cold to drink, pass them around before supper or keep them close at hand for whenever something salty is called for.
