Clean lemon, soft herbs and a brisk vinegary edge.
Made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, wine vinegar, honey, lemon zest and juice, Dijon mustard and dill. Bright and fresh, with a gentle sweetness and just enough mustard to give it depth.
Shake well before use, then spoon over smoked or cured salmon, grilled white fish, warm new potatoes or a leafy salad. It is also particularly good with creamy goat’s cheese and roasted artichokes.
