Sharp raspberry, fresh mint and a little sweetness.
Made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, red and white grape vinegars, raspberry purée, mint and honey. Bright, fruity and gently sweet, with enough acidity to keep everything lively.
Shake well before use, then spoon over tomato and mozzarella salads, grilled halloumi or sliced duck breast. It is also rather good with watermelon and feta, or used sparingly with fresh berries and vanilla ice cream.
